I've been working in graphic design for over 11 years, blending a strong foundation in print with a passion for motion graphics and video. I have a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and had the opportunity to travel to China during college, expanding my perspective and creative approach. With deep experience in print sizing, layout, and production, I'm also fluent in digital media and bring ideas to life through animation and video. Outside of design, I enjoy woodworking and restoring antiques, which keeps my hands and mind creatively engaged.

Setting the Stage

A fresh new intro for a local podcast in Winona, MN. I redesigned their logo to better align with their focus on alcoholic beverages and high-end cars—while intentionally avoiding any association with drinking and driving.

Cruising Without Cars

The biggest challenge of this project was creating a strong “car culture” feel without showing actual vehicles, to ensure the branding didn’t imply drinking and driving. To solve this, I drew inspiration from classic car design elements, incorporating subtle imagery reminiscent of car grills and pinstriping patterns. The color palette, typography, and overall composition evoke a vintage automotive aesthetic, while the logo highlights two clinking beer bottles in a neon light style, merging the themes of nightlife and car culture without showing cars. This approach allowed the brand to maintain its edgy, classic car vibe while staying responsible and visually engaging.
